This is a full-time, commission-based role for a Stylist (Licensed Cosmetologist) at Sweet T Salon in Raleigh, NC. The Stylist will provide a variety of hair care services including haircuts, color, perms, keratin treatments and styling. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with clients, providing personalized hair care services, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The Stylist will also be expected to stay updated with the latest beauty trends and techniques to ensure client satisfaction.

• A valid NC State Cosmetology license
• Skills in haircuts (men, women and kids), coloring, perming and keratin treatments
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to stay updated on current beauty trends and techniques
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a team and independently
• Experience in a commission salon environment
• Scruples, Aluram and Oligo knowledge is a plus
